MEET THE TEAM
Spine & Pain Institute (SPI) is a pain management clinic specializing in interventional treatments and procedures to alleviate chronic pain, as well as medication management. We offer a variety of minimally invasive injections, including Botox for chronic migraine patients as well a more invasive procedures such as spinal cord stimulators, intrathecal pump implantation and radio frequency nerve ablations.
Mallory Arinello, PA
Mallory Arinello is a nationally certified physician assistan. She completed her Bachelors in Psychology at Auburn University and then began pursuing her dream of becoming a Physician Assistant at the University of South Alabama where she obtained her Masters of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies.
Mallory Arinello received her MMA from University of South Alabama in 2019. Mallory is certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants.
Dr. Kenneth Eaddy, M.D.
Dr Kenneth Eaddy is Board Certified Interventional Pain and received his doctorate from Georgetown University in 2006. He practiced Internal Medicine for several years and received his board certification in 2009.
In 2015 he became interested in Pain Medicine and trained under a well known local interventionalist for several years before joining Integrated Pain Services. He employs a balanced, individualized, patient-centered approach for patients suffering from chronic pain conditions to effectively treat their pain.
Dr. Joshua Henry, MD
Originally from San Clemente California, Dr. Henry moved to Florida in 2010. He completed his residency here in Jacksonville at the Mayo Clinic before completing a Fellowship at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth Texas.
Dr. Henry is Board Certified in Family Medicine and Sports Medicine, and Board Certified with the American Pain Board of Interventional Physicians. His primary focus is in Interventional Pain Management where he uses a variety of interventional, non-surgical techniques to alleviate pain and improve quality of life.
He has thousands of documented interventional procedures and is an active member of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians (ASIPP).
